We offer a €5.50 flat rate for national deliveries (except for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe). No matter how many products you add to your cart, this amount will not vary!

For international deliveries and deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the amount of the shipping charges will be calculated during the purchase process, once you have added your desired products to your cart and entered your address.


All our deliveries are shipped via registered post and they are insured.

In case you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or ship it back, totally or partially, in seven working days after delivery date.

In order to place a refund or exchange request, you need to contact us before in order to know you wish to do so. Product must have not being used, washed or changed in any way, and its shipment must be carried out in same original packaging.

Devolution or exchange shipment costs are paid by the customer in all cases, but fabrication defects or handling damage on shipment. In case you find any damage at delivery, you need to communicate it to To The Wild in the next 24 hours from delivery date.

Refunds will be issued once the product´s condition has been checked. The refund will be placed with same payment method as purchased, credit card or bank transfer.

All  customized products are excluded from this Exchange and refund policy.
